Applications received after February 15th will be
evaluated on a rolling basis. Fee can be paid by cash, check, or Zelle at graceprepboston@gmail.com
We are pleased to offer Financial Aid thanks to our generous supporters. Funds are limited and awards are
based on demonstrated need.

Once we’ve received and reviewed your application, we’ll contact you to schedule student assessments and an in-person family interview.
Kindergarten applicants: A 30-minute readiness screening checks letter and number sense, motor skills, and social skills to gauge preparedness for kindergarten.
Grades 1–8 applicants: A 90-minute math and language placement test determines appropriate course levels.
After all assessments are complete, we’ll hold the family interview—a time for us to get to know your family, answer your questions, and ensure our school is the right fit.
Please Note: While priority is given to siblings of existing students, sibling applicants must also complete the assessment process. Grace Prep welcomes learners of many abilities. However, some students may need support or services that exceed what our school is equipped to provide.

Decision letters and Financial aid awards will be mailed out by the end of March. Enrollment agreements are due by April 21, 2026 with the non-refundable deposit of $285 (which includes a $35 registration fee and a $50 materials fee).

Preparation for the school year begins in the summer! In July, families receive a curriculum list with all the materials to order for their student. Then, in late August, one teaching parent from each family attends Equip, our two-day training designed to provide curriculum guidance, professional development, practical tips, encouragement, prayer, and opportunities to connect with Grace Prep teachers and fellow parents.
Equip is mandatory, so please mark your calendars for this educational event!
